Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email acknowledging receipt of your order.

Stock Confirmation & Shipment: We verify the availability of your items with our suppliers. While most products are ready for immediate dispatch, custom orders may require additional time.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we will dispatch your items and provide tracking information via email.

Follow-Up: If you do not receive tracking information within six business days of purchase, please contact us.

3. Shipping Information

Delivery Locations: We ship across the contiguous United States. For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, additional charges apply. International shipping is not available at this time.

Special Delivery Conditions: Deliveries requiring special handling may incur a "difficult delivery fee."

Shipping Timeline:

  • Custom Orders: Typically 3-4 weeks preparation time.
  • In-Stock Items: Usually arrive within 5-7 business days post-payment processing.

Order Delays: If there are delays, we will contact you to discuss options, including order cancellation.

Inspect Your Items: Inspect items for visible damage before accepting the delivery. Note any damage on the delivery receipt.

Verify Package Contents: Ensure all items are present and report discrepancies within 48 hours.

Concealed Damage: Report any damage discovered post-delivery immediately.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they have shipped. A 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

6. Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Window: Return items within 30 days of the order date for a refund minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

Product-Specific Return Policies:

  • Golden Designs, Maxxus, Dynamic: Returns allowed within 30 days; 20% restocking fee applies.
  • Dundalk Leisurecraft: Not eligible for returns.
  • Sunray Saunas: Return within 30 days if uninstalled; 15% restocking fee plus shipping costs.
  • TheraSauna: Not eligible for returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Dundalk Leisurecraft products.
  • TheraSauna products.
  • Items from clearance or inventory sales.
  • Used, altered, or damaged items.

Damages and Issues: Check for defects or damages and report issues promptly. We will resolve these issues based on the individual case.

Exchanges: Contact us to arrange exchanges if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Inspection and Refund Processing: Returns are inspected within 5-7 business days. Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days.

Return Shipping and Restocking Fees: Return shipping charges and restocking fees are non-refundable.

BOGO Promotions: Both items must be returned for a full refund. If one item is returned, you will receive a replacement or store credit.

Chargebacks: Fraudulent chargebacks are criminally liable. Contact us to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
