30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period for most products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the order date. Please note that the refund will be issued minus any shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
Product-Specific Return Policies

Golden Designs, Maxxus, Dynamic: Products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt. A 20% restocking fee will apply to these returns.

Dundalk Leisurecraft: Products from Dundalk Leisurecraft are not eligible for returns.

Sunray Saunas: Return any item within 30 days of shipment if uninstalled and in original condition. A 15% restocking fee applies, plus original and return shipping costs.

TheraSauna: Products from TheraSauna are not eligible for returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for returns. These include:
- Dundalk Leisurecraft products.
- TheraSauna products.
- Items purchased during a clearance or inventory sale.
- Products that have been used, altered, or modified.
- Items that have been damaged and cannot be resold.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, we urge you to thoroughly check the items for any defects, damage, or discrepancies. Should you encounter any issues, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and address it promptly. In cases where parts or items are found to be faulty, we will either replace the defective components or issue a refund for their value, especially if the manufacturer fails to provide a solution.
Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us. We will facilitate exchanges to ensure you are happy with your order.
Inspection and Refund Processing
Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the product, which may take 5 to 7 business days. If the product passes our inspection, we will process your refund. Please be aware that it may take an additional 3 to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Order Cancellation
If you decide to cancel an order before it has shipped, we can process the cancellation, but please note that a 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping and Restocking Fees
Return shipping charges and restocking fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
BOGO Promotions
In the event of a BOGO (Buy One Get One) promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one of the two items is returned, you will receive a replacement of that item or store credit for the value of that item when purchased on its own. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and, depending on the manufacturer, potentially a restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used when placing the order.
Chargebacks
Our team is here to assist you and resolve any issues. We believe our policies are fair and among the best in the industry. Please contact us to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback. Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks may be held criminally liable for theft.
